My sister and I instructed Murrays estate agents in Stroud to deal with the sale of my late mother’s house and were very pleased with their highly efficient service. Callum Jones dealt with matters and was always available to discuss matters. He and Richard Murray gave us good, clear considered advice at every point of the transaction and liaised with the buyers at key points to ensure matters went smoothly. They also have excellent local knowledge and produced a very impressive sale package. The whole team is highly professional, pleasant to deal with and my sister and I felt able to trust them to produce the right result. We would highly recommend them.

Sarah and her team have let and managed my cottage for several years now, and have been first class. I just wanted to write a review to thank Callum and Andrea from Murray’s Stroud who were quite frankly amazing during my recent house sale and purchase. There was quite a stressful last minute delay and Callum was superb, chasing both ends of the chain and most importantly keeping me updated. We just completed on our house in Edge, and James Murray has been an absolute star. The process was long and full of ups and downs, mostly due to our purchaser’s travails. James kept the whole thing moving and was the epitome of a good salesman: keeping all parties informed and keeping the deal together despite the odds.I never really saw how estate agents could justify their high fees, but after this I would say James earned every penny! Over a nine month process he handled every stage efficiently, and he and Jennifer were very pleasant to deal with. Great service!We tried selling this same house in 2016 with another local broker with much less experience and lower fees and it didn’t sell. After 9 months we pulled it off the market and rented it (which actually wasn’t such a bad idea!). But this time around I’m really glad we went with Murrays.

I started following Murrays Estate Agent on Instagram 6 months ago after a recommendation. Gloucestershire had never been an area we had thought of moving too, but after the detailed daily posts, that not only posted about their properties on the market, but also the local area, from the incredible views to local events, local businesses and the community in general, I persuaded my husband to go and have a look. The posts did not lie, the community was as welcoming and friendly as promised, the views were incredible, even on a dark and drizzly day. Since moving to the area and hunting for the perfect house I have been obsessed by Murrays Instagram which is the best place to go to see what houses are coming up for sale. I have ended up buying a house from a Murrays client. Raph was amazing chasing when he needed to, but his help during the length negotiation process was really helpful. The team at Murrays in Minchinhampton have extensive knowledge of the local market. On top of that their level of service is excellent. They dealt extremely well with my elderly aunts move, always ensuring she was happy at every stage and taking care to take account of her deafness when communicating.
