DESCRIPTION
Heavenwood is a spacious home nestled in a lovely quiet location in the popular hamlet of St Chloe. The home is beautifully laid out with an abundance of natural light and stunning valley views. An entrance hall provides an ideal space to house muddy boots and coats after a walk on the neighbouring National Trust common and a large reception hall creates a welcoming space for greeting visitors. The kitchen is a wonderful light-filled room with cream shaker style units and open-plan dining area, with ample room for a good sized table. A utility room provides access to the garden and is an ideal space for hiding away washing. The sitting and garden rooms overlook the valley and offer a wonderful space to relax with a book or entertain friends whilst soaking up the spectacular valley views. A stylish in-built log burner is perfect for cosy winter evenings by the fire. A home office and separate studio provide two further reception rooms and a wonderful area to work from home. The studio has direct access to a stylish patio with glass surround, ideal for alfresco dining and entertaining friends and family. Stairs lead off the main reception hall to three first floor bedrooms, the principal with en-suite and dressing room and magnificent views. There are two further bedrooms plus a family shower room. Outside, the landscaped garden has been beautifully designed with several seating areas and well-stocked borders providing an array of year-round colour. There is a shed and greenhouse plus a single garage. A gated driveway to the front of the property provides parking for several cars.

DIRECTIONS
From our Minchinhampton Office proceed to the Market Place, leading into Butt Street. Turn left on the Cirencester Road heading towards Stroud. Continue across the Common and as the road descends on the far side, take the first left, immediately after The Bear Hotel and then immediately left again back along the valley. Follow the lane along the side of the valley and after circa one mile, take a left hand turn just after the allotments into a short no-through road; turn right at the end of the road and the gated access to Heavenwood will be found on the right hand side.

LOCATION
The peaceful and private location of Heavenwood is one of its key attributes. Tucked away at the end of a no-through road, the views across the valley towards Woodchester Valley Vineyard, are spectacular. St Chloe is part of the parish of Amberley, set on a west facing slope, immediately beneath the open expanse of Minchinhampton Common. Heavenwood is ideally located for many beautiful walks and the village has two pubs and a popular primary school. The thriving market town of Nailsworth with its exceptional range of independent shops, including an outstanding delicatessen and an award winning baker, is less than a ten minute drive. Nearby Stroud has a major Waitrose and three other supermarkets, multiplex cinema, provincial theatre and award winning Saturday Farmers Market. Local amenities include three challenging golf courses in Minchinhampton as well as excellent local schools in both the private and state sector. Beaudesert Park pre and prep school is within a five minute drive and there are sought after grammar schools in Stroud, Gloucester and Cheltenham. In the private sector, Westonbirt and Wycliffe College are also within easy reach. The village is well located for travel links with both the M5 and M4 easily accessible and trains into London Paddington from nearby Stroud station (circa 90 minutes).
