DESCRIPTION
Windsmere offers a substantial and stylish family home in a truly exceptional location. In need of a few finishing touches, the house has the potential to create a truly magnificent home. Accessed via steps leading to a contemporary grey entrance door, the property opens into a reception hall with useful coat cupboard off, opening into the hub of this home, the kitchen. This fabulous space really is the pièce de résistance of the home. A fabulous light filled room, the kitchen offers views to make you gasp. Huge double doors open from the far end of the kitchen to a large patio area, bringing the 'outside in' and making this lovely outside space feel like an extension of the superb kitchen space. Fitted with shaker units, limestone flooring and a cream Aga, there is ample space for a dining table and power in place for a kitchen island. A utility plus a cloakroom lead off the breakfast room; there is also access to the exterior front of the house. A stylish dining room leads off the kitchen, a lovely space which flows seamlessly from the kitchen, ideal for entertaining. There are three prinicpal reception rooms, a sitting room, family room and conservatory. There is also a study/home office. The sitting room has a wood-burning stove providing a cosy focal point and the conservatory offers fabulous valley views. Stairs lead down from the conservatory to a lower level bedroom with en-suite, an ideal self contained annexe space/home office/games room. There are 4 good sized double bedrooms on the first floor and a family bathroom. The principal suite is stunning in its design with double height windows and doors opening to a glass panel juliet balcony and the far reaching views beyond. Accessed via a walk-through dressing room with ample built in storage, the principal suite also has an en-suite with first fix plumbing in place.

The garden is set mainly to the rear of the house and offers a panorama of far reaching valley views, together with a store and greenhouse. Stretching to nearly half an acre, the garden has well stocked borders and several handsome trees. A gravel path with steps leads down the garden. A large patio area adjacent to the kitchen provides the perfect spot for alfresco dining with a beautiful wisteria clad wall. To the front of the house is a garage and driveway plus a good sized workshop with power, to the side of the house.

DIRECTIONS
From our Minchinhampton office exit the town via West End, leading into Windmill Road and out towards Minchinhampton Common. On reaching Tom Longs Post (crossroads in the centre of the common) turn left in the direction of Nailsworth and turn right after several hundred yards, passing the front entrance to Beaudesert Park School. Windsmere will be found a few hundred yards along after the school, on the left hand side.
