48 Carters Way is a rare to market detached family home on a spacious corner plot which has been heavily extended by the current owners. The well proportioned accommodation exceeds 1350sq.ft and includes a large sitting room at the front of the house leading to a separate dining room and then kitchen at the rear overlooking the west-facing garden. The first extension has created further flexible spaces to the right of the property which are currently used as utility/boot room and a study, but would lend themselves to a playroom and/or snug depending on personal needs.
On the first floor are three double bedrooms. The principal with it's own en-suite shower room and the other two bedrooms each with their own dressing/study areas. These two bedrooms share the use of a family bathroom.
Externally there two off-street parking spaces, a large garage and a level rear walled garden with both patio and grassed areas, with views over neighbouring fields. There is also an additional lawned area to the side of the property which could be incorporated into the main garden.
