DESCRIPTION
Bekonpenn is a spacious detached bungalow located close to Rodborough Common, a wonderful expanse of over 650 acres of National Trust common land. The entrance hall leads to the sitting room which is a lovely light and spacious room with a fireplace and superb views. The dining room is accessed via sliding doors leading off the sitting room, as well as from the hall. A conservatory leads off the dining room, with fabulous far reaching views. The kitchen/breakfast room is entered from the dining room and is fitted with wooden units, a Neff double electric oven and ceramic hob plus plumbing for a dishwasher. To the rear of the breakfast area is a utility room with plumbing fitted for a washing machine and drier. The bathroom has been recently refitted with a cloakroom suite, bath with shower over and fitted glass screen. The three bedrooms are all doubles, the principal bedroom with en-suite shower room and wonderful views. Outside a large drive provides parking and turning for a number of vehicles and leads to the double garage with electric doors, light, power and a loft room above. To the rear of the property is a gravelled courtyard with greenhouse and shed. There is a terraced rockery, lawn and raised flower beds to the side of the property.
DIRECTIONS
The property is most easily found by leaving our Minchinhampton Office via West End, into Windmill Road and out onto Minchinhampton Common. At the junction turn right and then immediately left. After a few hundred yards the driveway to Moor Court can be found on the left hand side, on the junction signposted to Amberley. Drive into moor court, bearing round to the right and Bekonpenn can be found on the left hand side.
