DESCRIPTION
Only by a personal inspection can the wonderful position of Greenshields be truly appreciated; the views are stunning with predominately southerly views until sunset! The house has been extended in part but still offers plenty of scope for further extension and enlargement subject to the necessary planning consents.

The current owners have maintained the property well. On the ground floor the adaptable accommodation benefits from a large sitting room with a Jetmaster dual fuel open fire and doors leading out to the garden, the kitchen with Velux window has been refitted with Crown Imperial units, a dining hall of good size, a ground floor bedroom and a bathroom. The first floor has a good sized master bedroom with a dressing room/study work space which could be used as an occasional single bedroom, a further double bedroom and adjacent bathroom.

Outside, the property has an attached garage with an inspection pit and a useful workshop space. The driveway provides ample parking and the gardens have been well maintained. Vehicles can be parked in St Chloe Lane at the rear of the property, and from the back gate there is easy walking access to the nearby scout headquarters, the "badger wood", St Chloe Allotments and Rodborough and Minchinhampton Commons. The walk along Theescombe Lane to Nailsworth is pleasant and does not take long.

DIRECTIONS
The property is most easily found by leaving Stroud on the A46 in the Nailsworth direction. Shortly after passing T.R. King on your right and then immediately after Denis Brown & Son on your left side, turn left up Culver Hill, signposted to Amberley and Minchinhampton. Take the first left immediately at the cattle grid into St Chloe Lane. After a short distance take the first right into St Loes Pitch bearing round to the left at the top of the cul-de-sac where the driveway to Greenshields will be facing in front of you.

LOCATION
