DESCRIPTION
29 Well Hill is located just outside the centre of Minchinhampton with open south-westerly views of the surrounding countryside. An attractive period cottage for which Minchinhampton is renowned with, in this instance, the added advantage of a larger than average garden, a single garage and off street parking. The end of a cute terrace of three similar properties, the cottage has bright and far reaching views towards Gatcombe and Nailsworth.
The internal layout is simple and practical. The front door leads into a well proportioned and cosy sitting room through to the extended kitchen at the rear, with the addition of a ground floor cloakroom adjacent and a stable door leading to the rear garden. At first floor are two bedrooms with the bathroom situated between them. The staircase continues to a top floor bedroom with plenty of under eaves storage space.
In total the property sits comfortably in its 150 foot plot, the great majority of which is the front garden including a summer house and pond. The garage is at the rear of the property with rear door access to the back garden and an off-street parking space for one car to the front.
