DESCRIPTION
Atcombe Court Lodge exudes charm and maintains many historical features including mullion windows, lime render and plaster and handsome fireplaces. The interior accommodation comprises a galley kitchen with a useful pantry leading through to a good sized dining room with wood burning stove. A cosy, dual aspect sitting room provides a warm and homely ambiance looking out to the garden. In addition to this there is a modern ground floor family bathroom. Stairs lead up to a light filled first floor landing where a previous bedroom has been divided to create two separate rooms, one of which is currently used as a home office, as well as the main double bedroom.
Outside the mature garden is enclosed by hedging and is well stocked with a variety of shrubs and plants. There is a large wildlife pond, lawned area overlooking neighbouring fields, and a patio. A gravel path leads to an attractive double-glazed, fully insulated oak-framed studio/office with mains power and a useful additional store room and log store.
DIRECTIONS
From the mini roundabout in the centre of Nailsworth, take the A46 Bath Road, heading towards Stroud. Continue for approximately 1.5 miles and Frogmarsh lane can be found on your left hand side, signposted South Woodchester.
