A cosy, dual aspect sitting room provides a warm and homely ambiance looking out to the garden. In addition to this there is a modern ground floor family bathroom. Stairs lead up to a light filled first floor landing where a previous bedroom has been divided to create two separate rooms, one of which is currently used as a home office, as well as the main double bedroom.
Outside the mature garden is enclosed by hedging and is well stocked with a variety of shrubs and plants. There is a large wildlife pond, lawned area overlooking neighbouring fields, and a patio. A gravel path leads to an attractive double-glazed, fully insulated oak-framed studio/office with mains power and a useful additional store room and log store.

Continue for approximately 1.5 miles and Frogmarsh lane can be found on your left hand side, signposted South Woodchester.
