DESCRIPTION
This is a home that exudes romance. In a truly idyllic location, the cottage is accessed via a quiet little footpath tucked away off a country lane but sill only five minutes walk from the centre of Minchinhampton. The cottage is entered via a gabled porch, which leads directly into the sitting room with fireplace and exposed beams. Steps lead up to the galley kitchen with fitted units and colourful wall tiles and a window overlooking the garden. A fabulous conservatory leads off the kitchen, offering breathtaking views across the valley and a lovely light filled space, perfect as a second sitting room or a good space for dining. There is also a shower room on this level with WC and sink.
Stairs lead to the first floor with a landing area and front facing double bedroom with stunning views across the valley. A further flight of stairs leads to the top floor where there is a second good sized dual aspect double bedroom with views to both the garden and the vista beyond.
To the exterior of the property there is a wonderful low maintenance garden, the perfect spot for a morning coffee or evening glass of wine whilst enjoying the fabulous landscape. There is a large patio area on two levels plus well stocked borders and a water feature.
