DESCRIPTION
25 West End is a lovely old house with the rare asset of a garage and private driveway, whilst still in a central location in the heart of Minchinhampton. End terrace with a south facing rear garden, 25 West End retains many period features and is especially spacious on the ground floor. The property therefore has enormous potential but to realise this, is at a stage when investment will be required in its fabric and fittings. Currently an overhung porch, leads to a hallway with a cloakroom off. Across the front is an 'L' shaped sitting room with beamed ceiling with a further large reception room to the rear of the property with french windows leading to a terrace and the garden beyond. There is an adjoining kitchen with space for a breakfast table. There are two bedrooms on the first floor, one with en-suite shower, plus a family bathroom. The top floor houses the main bedroom with steps down to a dressing room and its own bathroom. The house also has a cellar. The driveway is gated and the garage has two extra rooms attached, ideal for converting into a home office/studio with loft over. The garden is well stocked and enclosed, with a level lawn.
DIRECTIONS
From our Minchinhampton Office, turn right into West End and No 25 will be found on the left just after the road narrows. Access to the driveway is via a five bar gate.
