DESCRIPTION
Redwood Barn is a superbly proportioned barn conversion with well-thought out living spaces that work equally well for everyday living as for hosting family and friends. The main entrance opens into a spacious kitchen, which sets the tone for the remainder of the house; carefully designed living spaces which combine functionality with charm. Fitted units in calming grey and blue hues, provide plentiful storage including built-in appliances and a Falcon Range Cooker and room for a dining table. Steps lead down to a sensational sitting room with vaulted ceiling, oak flooring and a wood burning stove creating a warming focal point to the room. Double doors open from the sitting room to the landscaped garden and patio, making this an ideal room for entertaining in the warmer months. A garden room leads off the sitting room, currently used as a dining room but working equally well as a second reception or snug and again opening to the garden via handsome glazed oak doors. A home office is located off the kitchen, together with a spacious cloakroom with shower and a useful laundry cupboard for hiding away the washing machine. A good sized double bedroom with impressive beams, is also located on the ground floor. The first floor comprises two double bedrooms, the principal with en-suite bathroom and wonderful views looking towards Woodchester Valley Vineyard and Rodborough Common. A Jack and Jill bathroom services the second bedroom which has magical views of Woodchester's historic Convent. Both bedrooms benefit from built-in wardrobes.

The grounds at Redwood Barn are spectacular. Beautifully landscaped and comprising various 'rooms' within the garden, there are numerous seating and patio areas in which to relax and soak up the tranquil surroundings. Topiary hedging, a rill water feature, dove cot and well-stocked borders, create a garden filled with romance. A large sloping lawn/paddock, with three handsome redwoods and mature fruit trees. lies beyond the formal garden, with magical views overlooking Atcombe Court Lake. There is a separate gated access to the lower section of the paddock. An alarmed double garage with storage over and a good sized driveway, provide ample parking.
